At Orientbell Tiles, we truly believe that strong foundations are built not just with quality materials, but with the skilled hands and experience of masons who bring every design to life. Guided by this belief, Orientbell recently conducted three meaningful interactions with the Mason community – a Mason meet on 19th December 2025 at Krishna Tiles Traders, followed by Mason training programs on 20th December 2025 at A Jarain, Shillong, and 24th December 2025 at Saraswati Marble & Granites, Ranchi. Each interaction was designed to encourage open dialogue, hands-on learning, and long-term growth.

On 19th December at Krishna Tiles Traders, a wonderful mason meet was held at Krishna Tiles Traders. The dealer was delighted with our presentation, and the masons openly shared their issues, for which we were able to provide solutions. Both the dealer and the masons were happy and actively participated in the meeting, which lasted for more than one hour. The dealer is also planning the next engineers’ meet after the completion of the OBTB renovation works.
Special thanks to Mr. Stalin Annamalai and Mr. Shankar sir for giving us this wonderful opportunity. The active participation and extended duration of the meeting reflected the value of such conversations. Both the dealer and the masons appreciated the platform, reinforcing Orientbell’s approach of listening first and continuously improving based on real, on-the-ground feedback. Encouraged by the success of this meet, plans are already underway for a future engineers’ meet following the completion of the OBTB renovation works.
During these interactions, Orientbell Tiles also introduced a range of newly launched products designed to address common on-site challenges shared by masons. The focus remained on practicality, ease of installation, and suitability for today’s evolving construction needs.
The Europa Subway collection was presented alongside Europa Flexi tiles, the newest innovation in this industry. Orientbell also showcased Europa Modular tiles and large-format tiles. The benefits of each were highlighted while keeping their practical applications in mind. Special emphasis was placed on proper substrate preparation, levelling techniques, and the use of appropriate tile adhesives and tools to ensure a safe, durable installation.

Building on the momentum of the Mason Meet, Orientbell Tiles organised a focused training session with 28 industry masons at A Jarain, Shillong, on the 20th December 2025, to strengthen practical skills and improve product understanding. The session centered on hands-on learning, with live demonstrations covering key installation aspects, including tile cutting methods, proper adhesive application, and everyday maintenance practices.
Strong focus was placed on maintaining quality and ensuring safety at the site. Masons were guided in understanding ISO standards, identifying batch numbers, and using tools like tile cutters, lifters, and vibrators safely and efficiently.
To support better customer communication, the masons were also introduced to Orientbell’s Insta Look app, which helps visualise tile designs more effectively. In addition, they were encouraged to use Orientbell’s YouTube learning channel as a handy resource for ongoing skill development. The session also included a briefing on current sales schemes shared by the local dealer, helping masons stay informed and recommend products on-site.

As part of the continued focus on mason upskilling, another training program was conducted on 24th December 2025 at Saraswati Marble & Granites, Ranchi, with 38 masons in attendance. The session reinforced best practices in tile installation while addressing common on-site challenges faced by masons.
Live demonstrations once again formed the core of the training, covering tile cutting, adhesive usage, and maintenance techniques, with added emphasis on consistency and finish. Discussions around quality benchmarks and safe working practices helped reinforce the importance of following standard guidelines at every stage of installation. Masons were reminded of key aspects such as ISO specifications and proper tool handling to ensure safe and reliable execution.
The Ranchi session also highlighted the use of digital tools, including the Insta Look app for design support and Orientbell’s YouTube channel for continued learning beyond the classroom. Commercial updates were shared through the local dealer, keeping participants aligned with ongoing schemes. The training concluded with an open Q&A, followed by the distribution of Passport Certificates, acknowledging the active participation and commitment of all attending masons.
These mason meets, and training programs across Shillong and Ranchi reflect Orientbell Tiles’ belief that meaningful progress comes from collaboration. By actively listening to masons, valuing their real-world insights, and investing in their professional growth, Orientbell continues to build not just better surfaces but stronger careers, trust-based partnerships, and a more skilled tiling ecosystem for the future.
