On International Women’s Day, coming on March 8 every year, women across the world are celebrated and recognised for their contribution to society and the world. And while women are celebrated and acknowledged throughout the year at Orientbell Tiles, we will take International Women’s Day as an opportunity to recognise the women who are building Orientbell Tiles, all day every day.

Today, one can say with assurance that most of the industries have women in significant positions. Be it construction or cooking, medicine or engineering, teaching or research, corporates or startups, women are leading the processes fiercely and fearlessly.

The same is the case with the construction industry. Instead of being associated only with the interior designing aspect, women are now also associated with the core construction aspect that entails a lot more details. In an industry that is predominantly dominated by men, women are breaking the glass ceilings and making a name for themselves – a niche and a career for themselves. Even at Orientbell Tiles, women hold key positions at various levels as males do.

To thank women who work with us in the capacity of employees, dealers, and associates for their endless efforts, Orientbell Tiles acknowledges their endless drive and zeal that keeps us going.

In this video, #WomenInTiles, we thank the women at Orientbell Tiles who have made and continue to make tile buying as easy and accessible as it is today. This video takes you through and showcases a day in the life of Orientbell Tiles Women at work.

Meet Aradhana Agarwal, who heads the New Product Development. She eats, breathes, and thinks of design wherever she goes. Her love for nature, understanding of design, and passion for giving you the best product to adorn your homes make Orientbell Tiles what it is today.

Monika Nahal, Deputy General Manager, Boutique Operations, has helped countless Orientbell Tiles Boutiques to achieve how they look and function today. Juggling duties, the multitasker that she is, has always been on top of her game when it comes to displaying tiles in all their glory to the customers. She helps dealers elevate their showrooms to another level.

Disha Goel and Kritika Agarwal  are the young Orientbell Tile dealers hailing from Raipur and Kolkata, respectively. They are taking forward the legacy of selling Orientbell Tiles. While our customers rely on them, they also keep a check-inventory, keep a check on finances and run the successful tile businesses all by themselves.

This International Women’s Day, let’s appreciate the women in our lives who have been an integral part of it – both professionally and personally. Every mother, sister, wife, grandmother, and friend, who has enhanced our lives just by being around and making it easier to pass every single day, because that’s what women are – a force of nature enabling a positive and constructive environment. That’s how it is at Orientbell Tiles, and that’s how it should be everywhere else too!

Happy Women’s Day to all the women! You make the world, and run it too!
